Coaching Services Agreement

1. Parties

This Coaching Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Karmic Synergy, LLC dba Bsheret, a Florida limited liability company (“Company” or “Bsheret”), and the individual whose payment initiates this engagement (“Client”).

2. Scope of Services

Based on the tier selected by the Client at the time of payment, Bsheret agrees to provide one or more of the following services:

• Database Entry: Inclusion of Client’s profile in the Bsheret private matchmaking database for consideration by the matchmaking team.
• Strategy Session (Strategy Jumpstart): One 30-minute virtual coaching session with a Bsheret matchmaker focusing on dating profile strategy, self-presentation, and match criteria.
• Head Matchmaker Elite: Direct engagement with the Head Matchmaker (Elijah Salver) including in-depth profile review, personal network activation, and ongoing guidance for a period of three (3) months from the date of payment.

All tiers include lifetime profile inclusion in the Bsheret database and access to the private member portal. Specific deliverables for each tier are described on the Bsheret services page at bsheret.com/services.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are set forth on the Bsheret services page and are payable in full at the time of enrollment. Current fees are:

• Database Entry: Free
• Strategy Jumpstart: $200 (one-time)
• Head Matchmaker Elite: $500 (one-time)

Payment is currently accepted via Zelle to an account designated by Bsheret at the time of enrollment. Bsheret reserves the right to offer additional payment methods in the future. No subscription or recurring charges apply.

4. Three-Day Right of Cancellation and Full Refund

You may cancel this Agreement and receive a full refund of all fees paid within three (3) business days of the date your payment is received by Bsheret (“Cancellation Period”).

To exercise this right, you must notify Bsheret in writing before the end of the Cancellation Period by emailing hello@bsheret.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and including your full name, email address used to register, and the tier purchased.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of Bsheret’s receipt of a valid cancellation notice. After the Cancellation Period, all fees are non-refundable except where Bsheret has materially failed to deliver the agreed services.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Bsheret does not guarantee that Client will receive a specific number of matches, enter a romantic relationship, or achieve any particular outcome as a result of services provided. Fees cover the professional time, expertise, and labor of the Bsheret team. The nature of matchmaking and coaching involves personal compatibility factors outside of Bsheret’s control.

6. Disclaimer — Not Therapy, Counseling, or Legal Advice

Bsheret’s services are coaching and matchmaking services only. They do not constitute and should not be construed as therapy, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, social work, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. Elijah Salver and other Bsheret team members are not licensed mental health professionals, attorneys, or financial advisors.

Client acknowledges that Bsheret coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If Client is experiencing emotional distress, trauma, grief, depression, or any other mental health concern, Client is encouraged to seek the services of a licensed mental health professional.

7. Confidentiality

Bsheret will maintain the confidentiality of Client’s personal information and profile in accordance with its Privacy Policy (bsheret.com/privacy). Client acknowledges that limited profile information may be shared with prospective matches and the Bsheret team for the purpose of facilitating introductions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bsheret’s total liability to Client for any claims arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client to Bsheret. Bsheret shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with Bsheret’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written. This Agreement may be updated by Bsheret from time to time; the version in effect at the time of Client’s payment governs that engagement.
